Why does WSR Exist?

“The short and sweet of what we do is the goal of being the leading brokerage, offering all agents high value and low cost services.

We started with a low cost model because we were tired of seeing people give up high money for no real support. Agents were focused on "my cap is $25,000, it's not that bad." And maybe that is true, but after 10 years, that is a quarter of a million dollars. Agents need to be serious about their career longevity and costs. We got serious, fast.

Once we the costs situated, we added even more support and continue to build this in a huge way. We make sure to offer high value monthly meetings with sponsored food and drinks. Twice a year we have events were we host and provide awesome new professional head shots to our agents; not the old sit and pose stuff. We do at least 3 trips per year with our agents, we have a 24/7 group chat with agents to ensure everyone gets questions answered quickly and effectively - typically within 2 minutes, even 10 seconds more times than not!l We are building out more video trainings, but what we have currently has been hugely successful for agents doing listings and purchase agreements. For newer agents we typically give extra attention by walking them through their first 3 deals to ensure support, confidence, and relationship building.

There is a lot more to what we offer on the basic side for independent agents, but for teams and more experienced we can do more. For teams and bigger producers we try to feature them on one of our high level videos. Sometimes we work on setting them up with an intern or assistant. Social media can be assisted with as well, we are attacking any channels of assistance that the agents need and want.

Our goal with veteran agents is to make them realize how appreciated they are as a foundational leader in our group. We work to capture your strengths and show the public their personality, skill, and capacity for greatness with social media and group events. In special circumstances, we finance a professionally directed video on your behalf to add to your media image.
